BBC Denying it was faked was one of the top results when trying to find out where it was filmed ! Must be my search profile ;+}

But a quick probe reveals that iguanas generally live (apparently the green ones) in mexico, c. america, the caribbean and southern brazil.

The whole programme is on netflix or prime, it's gripping.
