People just don't get the importance of this stuff. Had a head meets table moment yesterday when a client proudly showed off 6 figure online service that they have bought in to. "So the user leaves our site, arrives on the service site and is presented with 32 field registration form before they can see any prices?". Sorry - remind me how much you paid for this in relation to all the good work we do???"

It would be interesting to try your tweet again and ask for the WORST examples that people have seen. Wonder whether it would get any more interest.
