Short version, he here details the shady practices he allegedly undertook at eBays own prompting. I'm not a lawyer, but I'm pretty sure it's not a good idea to talk about the substance of criminal proceedings *before* the trial gets going.

Heh, I can totally believe a lot of the substance. But when it's your name on the "defendant" part of the ticket... like I say, I'm not an expert, but I think he's publically admitted to doing stuff without having written records to back up his "eBay made me do it" assertions. Whether he's telling the truth or not is irrelevant, this is the law he's dealing with, not Santa Claus
