It was a real shock.  I think most people from my generation thought the individual Beetles would always be with us.  So first John, then George, and  Paul is showing his age...    Kind of scary.

Yeah, and I think Ringo is several years older than the others.  But, i think, he is still married to Barbara Bach so life has its compensations.

Ringo seems to keep a pretty low profile.

He's same age as John actually... Paul is 2 years younger. I've heard of Ringo's few public appearances over the last few years but of course nothing close to Macca's publicity

On the bright side the Rolling Stones still look as old as they always did.  Keith Richards lives round here, I see his crinkly face at the odd local event. 

Makes me feel younger.
