Protection of trademarks and domain names

Can anyone suggest a good service that can handle the protection of trademarks and domain names worldwide? I'm looking for one agency that can handle everything...mainly domains. I'm pretty sure I've read some mentions in here, but I can't seem to surface anything in my searches.

If it's mission critical though there isn't another registrar / partner, I would want instead of them.
