UK CPM for backfill

I'm trying to get adsense / AdEx working a bit harder on some of our sites: Introducing more competition in to the real time bid through DFP. 

Getting OK results so far, but I'm not getting the fill rates I would like from media . net and the like.  Can anyone recommend any CPM networks that will fill reliably on UK traffic?
