Holy moly! Soo, you better join Palin for a moose hunt, eh?

mivox

Moose hunting season is in September, firstly.

Secondly, if I ever ended up in a hunting party with her, rest assured the moose would not be at the top of my "what to shoot" list. lol

C'mon, what sane person with a firearm handy *wouldn't* think the same in that situation?!  ;D

There you go, assuming men and women look for the same things in a woman....

It's been 30 years since I last did this! Great fun.

Rumbas

Hehehe, good one Damian.

Took this one out of the office window - doesn't really give the real picture as we had 3 inces again last night.

Drastic

haha, good one Damian, interesting new third leg you have there.

Damian

>interesting new third leg
The leg belongs to a fearless 8 year old girl who managed the sled better then I did frankly :)

It seems everyone here in the States (and Europe, for that matter) got loads of snow.  It's an unusually warm 40 degrees here in Kansas.  And all the farmers are griping that we didn't get all the moisture that everyone else got.

Drastic

I wish it would snow here. We get a couple/few inches every year or two, usually in Feb.

60% chance for Christmas day right now, though. We haven't had a white Christmas in decades, that would be glorious.

There's  on average a foot of snow outside here, near Lake Huron, Canada... and from the photos I've seen in Facebook, it's been as bad in South East Scotland. I think the main difference is that they're guaranteed snow here every year, without fail... and have the machinery to deal with it. Roads are cleared/plouged in a day.

In Scotland... no guarantee of any significant snow, so no point in having expensive machinery bought to clear it, sitting idle all year round. It's also relatively flat here compared to the hills of my hometown so it's easier to drive around in.

It's been mildly entertaining watching people in my hometown moan about how the council arent dealing with it.
