Master List of Affiliate Networks

Hi all.

Does anyone know of a single resource that lists all, or as close as we can get to all, affiliate networks around the globe?

They don't have to just be ecommerce, and can be leads based networks, CPA, CPL and potentially even CPC.

As it so happens, that isn't what I wanted the lists for.

But at the same time, I hope so.... but in a much more tightly focussed manner than every affiliate program out there.
