One to watch: Court Backs Rules Treating Internet as Utility, Not Luxury

The Supreme Court will end up deciding this unless Trump is in place and intervenes.

Background for EU: The US has a long history of regulating and forcing expansion & a minimum level of service for rural areas (often with a tax, like phone service has).  Mostly, this is being watched for net neutrality issues.

NN is one of those issues where 99% of the population wants it one way, but a few, very powerful entities want it another way.  Most of the time the 99% lose. I am hoping that NN will be different.
