the process went something like this:

Search for a high-level question
Find the words that people are using
Search for the same question but using specific terminology
Repeat

The above is my approach, particularly for obscure products. I was thinking about research skills just this week and how it goes back to Lynsky's (remember Lynsky?) marketing tip; "Just learn their buzz words."

Interesting site. Worth seeing if they keep publishing.

There is no point trying to make a new information tool that tries to compete for questions like [mcdonald's hours] or [how to stop nosebleed]. Google is perfectly fine at those and it's unlikely that the answers would be found in a Substack newsletter.
