This is where we start to get into the moral hazard territory. Of course it's good to thicken the ice and above all to increase the albedo of our home planet.

If we solved the temperature problems associated with climate change, the acidification of the ocean is still a big problem. At the end of the day, we have to bring the carbon output down (ultimately net negative).

But anything that buys more time is a good thing.

You & I both know that'll take 10 lifetimes.  What we don't know is how long those lifetimes will be.  Debbie says 'shorter.'
