I am.  I'll bet a number of scripts follow that template.

Of course, the template works so well because some very important elements are left out.

At the same time, I have a friend who was a filmmaker and his mentor told him there are only two stories: football and young person overcomes adversity.

So, like romcoms would be football - moving the ball back and forth until finally there's a goal

And of course Harry and Luke are story #2
