Just this morning I heard Tyler Cowen (economist) say that he lives there and the flip side is that
 - his electrical rates are slightly below national average
 - 50% of all property taxes are paid by data centers
 - as reindustrialization goes, it's relatively quiet compared to having a heavy-industry factory nearby
 - they are ugly
