Linux Version of WinSCP

Resurrected and old laptop and it has ubuntu 11 and I am looking for a nice interface like winscp, two windows etc.

Whilst I can use putty type packages, that is nowhere near as easy.

Any suggestions.

There's an inbuilt service for SSH/SFTP, if you go to 'Places' > 'Connect to Server'

It won't have the local/remote in the same window, but 2 windows tiled next to each other or two tabs is just as good.
