I've having a problem and I am not 100% convinced that the answers I am getting are correct.

When logged in to your nominet account can you access this link?  https://secure.nominet.org.uk/flows/domain-tag-application.html 

I just get permission denied.  Trying to work out if it is a problem with my account or with their site (it isn't the browser, which they are suggesting is the case).
