QuoteHow do you find Cyanogenmod 11?

The Kindle was pretty pointless without it. I lose the FM tuner and TV out functionality on the Galaxy. I have a slim set of Google apps installed.

I like it, but finding apps to replace the handful of Samsung ones I used was a chore. Samung Kies would happily sync with Outlook. Battery life's much the same. No crashes, although there have been a few app problems: Hardware video decoding on the Kindle is a bit flaky in MX Player; Amazon have hobbled the Kindle app so it doesn't run on Cyanogened Kindles (changing the manufacturer and device names fixes this); the odd audio dropout when using Poweramp on the Galaxy.

Travoli

"Hotel Tonight" is great if you travel without a plan.  Same-day-only, last-minute discounts on U.S. hotels.  Deals release at 12pm.

Drastic

andLess for playing flac music files

heywire, texting app & free text # instead of using your real number. great for craigslist idiots

es file explorer to access networked drives

yatse to play music files and browse the library for xbmc (as a remote - don't have to fire up the pj) on the pi

My Tracks, builds a map of offroad rides, top and avg speed, stops, etc. etc.

RealTime GPS tracker when I go for long street bike rides alone in the mountains. Amy can use a browser to see where I am, how fast, etc. in case I haven't moved for a couple hours they will know where to find the body.

DLNA to sling photos/vids to the home theater receiver over wifi

A couple others on the touchpad but it's at home. Running cyanogenmod there and love it.
