Buying adult exit traffic for non-adult purposes(?)

I can't remember if I asked this before (or what you said if I did) but what about my idea to show adult surfers non-adult sites? Granted, it's a little twisted, but it's hardly offensive... anyone ever try it?

Heck, given that much of the population of adult surfers are male, you'd think a sports site would do well...
