Joomla 3.6.5 browser page title not showing.

Been trying for two days now with no luck.

Have a new client running on Joomla (Yuck!) 3.6.5.

Changing the browser page title in page display options doesn't change the browser page title ...

The pages are constructed as single articles but there's no way in the interface to change individual article browser titles.

Any Joomla people here ?
