If Ruth Ann & I had the WWW while in Hawaii, I'm not sure we would have ever left.

BUT at my age I need access to excellent Healthcare and North Carolina has that

The state came in next to last (50th) in health care cost, 44th in access and 36th in "outcomes," which considered mortality, disease, hospital visit and immunization rates.

Hawaii, Iowa, Minnesota, New Hampshire and the District made up the top five states for health care.

The four states coming in worse than North Carolina were Arkansas, Alaska, Mississippi and Louisiana.

It's all about getting there (time & money). We have to drive 2.5-3 hours to get to top-rated med specialty services in Raleigh-Durham.
