I can't believe this is legal without a warrant. Seems like a slam dunk for the ACLU if they get a test case.

Me, I'm too smart for them. I have a dumb phone and I leave my phone at home 90% of the time, especially when I'm off committing all my crimes. I wonder if this very profile will make me suspect in the future.

I can hear the prosecutor saying that I have a cheapo, "disposable" cell phone with no GPS and a suspcious pattern of not getting used when various crimes were committed. Guilty as charged!
