I'm guessing it will be assigned to a repetitive milk run, like the ferry route.  I'm reading that autonomous semi trucks here in the US are likely to beat cars to widespread real-world use because there are many currently simple-ish, long-distance freight shuttles.

We're getting close ...but the marketing of subscription cloud services rather than local will screw it up for me.

i wonder how they cope with storms? I am guessing that the weather will be a major factor in choosing a milk run.
