I'm not 100% sure I'm seeing the same thing, but closer to the coast of Africa, there is what looks like a dust bank, but as it goes across the ocean, it dissipates and I can't tell with all the cloud cover if it's THE dust cloud. It's hard to tell right now because the day/night line falls near there. I might just be seeing that.
