Dedicated electronic screen full page magnifiers

Dedicated electronic screen full page magnifiers are ridiculously priced ...starting around $1000 and going over $3k on the top end. To be fair, they have OCR and screen readers. That's high-$$ if magnification alone will suffice.  And perhaps a bit predatory.

I've rigged up a cheap full-page magnifier to read bills on my laptop screen while I pay them (the Visa bills are exceptionally hard-to-read and loooong).  Medications known to cause vision problems mixed with old age does not make a good combo

For ease of use, I wanted the camera/focal length permanently fixed for a full 8.5 x 11 inch sheet of paper.  I've designed and 3dprinted an exoskeleton to keep the articulating arms in place.  I'm currently building a paper tray that will be attached to the camera base which will position the paper on target.
