Intent is notoriously hard to prove... unless you have a CEO and majority shareholder who insists on immortalizing his monopolistic intentions in company memos that then get read in court...

He's been chatty from the git-go.  There was some "f*ck them" about users when he was just getting FB off the launch pad.

What I can't understand is why big corps even allow email & texts in the C-suite at all.  (My BIL has worked for one of the big legal discovery contractors for about 10 years now. I've seen the old software used to review documents of all types. That didn't miss much. Now AI has moved in and it just doesn't miss.)
