In my lifetime, I can only remember 2 products that I really wanted but....

....my inner, sane, voice said "Do NOT buy this! It will kill you."  The 1st one was a huge, seemingly bigger than a big Harley, Zundapp motorcycle ($50 in 1967).  The 2nd was those chainsaw blades for angle grinders.

...Well, I bought the chainsaw blades last week.  Damn, those things are scary.

(to which Dave replies:)
This is the 12" attachment for the grinder that moves so fast is will sever a limb before the first drop of blood spatters into your face?

No, I'm not that insane ...yet.

I bought 4.5" discs.
5 Pieces 5/8 Inch Chain Disc Saw Blades for Angle Grinders - 22 Teeth Wood Carving Discs and Grinding Attachment Wheels

I'm using them to clear weeds & brush in tight places. Helluva weedeater, hhh.

I feel like chainsaws and angle grinders are among the more dangerous tools. The combo seems even more so.

I have been thinking of a using a chainsaw polesaw to reach into the underbrush. The angle grinder chainsaw means I still have to get low and crawl in there getting poked by thorns and attacked by ticks (recently had a tick bite that got infected, which raises all kinds of worries).

Arrives tomorrow. Hoping to fit it to a battery-powered weed-eater.  I don't do much weeding, but when I do I want the weeds to know it.

Circular Chainsaw Tooth, 7", Brush Cutter Blade, Arbor 1" with 7/8"-20-5/8" Washer,

I believe it is a 14 tooth, not 7.  I like the real chain design rather than the more available/popular models with the teeth individually rivited to the plate.

>ticks

I begged to be a 'chick magnet' ...the gods misheard my plea.

This works. I treat my pants' cuffs & legs in all but the dead of winter.

Yup. I like permethrin and just in general tucking in cuffs, but I sometimes crawl around through the brush so they can fall off and down the neck of my shirt like the last one.

That, yes. The angle grinder + chainsaw combo though...
