I really like the Start Page feature of Vivaldi.  That's my dashboard for the web.

What bothers me is how lemming like most of the browser community is.  Somebody comes up with a theory about features (include or abandon) and then everybody copies that.  "Minimalist" was the buzzword awhile back.  Heck Minimalist just meant the browser was half finished.
