Farewell Flash? Adobe Launches HTML5 Web Animations Tool "Adobe Edge"

Today, Adobe is launching a new tool called Adobe Edge which will allow creative professionals to design animated Web content using Web standards like HTML5, CSS and JavaScript. Not Flash.

I downloaded and installed this preview version. It's pretty bare-bones now, but within a few minutes I was able to make some spinning text and objects without Flash. You get a WYSIWYG-esque interface that lets you manipulate objects and record their movement. The output is all HTML/CSS/JavaScript. I'm interested in anything that will wean people off of Flash.
