Doctor Google wasn't particularly good. But Doctor ChatGPT 5 is pretty good. Doctor Openweight is going to be really good in 5 years.

Mostly I think of that as a positive story - we do not have a surplus of primary care physicians and likely never will. Dermatologists on the other hand...
