Ousting a Lowlife who has FB name of a domain of mine

I was after

fb.com/mydomain.com

But it is already taken. With such a specific name and it not being used can I claim it back?

Anyone got expeirnce of this?

I'm pretty sure FB will work with you to claim it.  You may want to do a little PPC advertising with them first, which will help you catch their attention.   I was promotion a band that had non-official fan pages using their name, and FB was eager to work with the band to reclaim their name space.
