A penny a follower on Twitter

These guys claim to be able to generate thousands of real followers on Twitter for a penny each.  My first thought is that they are drone accounts.  Still I'm intrigued.

On their "How It Works" page they layout their strategy, it could act as a recipes for someone who wants to try doing the same thing on their own.
