anyone have any good resources re optimisation of html sites? I've got an interesting one which doesn't actually need SEO(basically an external intranet - hard to explain)

Fundamentally, its using html5 as a flash replacement - the site is one huge page (same page title and header etc throughout) with seperate url's when people click on links. There's also a fallback which is seperate pages - which is obviously one solution to SEO on the site but may not be the best.

As its not yet completed I'm still having some trouble getting my head around exactly how search engines will crawl it technically. Could do with some good resources if anyone has any links? I can find a lot online about html5 benefits, but this different to anything I've read so far and I'd quite like to use it to check indexing and deduping strategies in case I end up actually having to do a job on something constructed this way!

This the url for an interior page. Load it and watch what happens.

More lightbox than html5, I think (every article tickler on the home page seems to have its own lightbox and url). But Debbie says there's an exploit in there somewhere...

Somehow, 'good' never holds my interest for very long.
