ZW, try this:

2 to 3 pounds of pork tenderloin in a gallon ziploc bag. Dump in a small jar of your favorite salsa.  Target temp = 141 f.

That's it. 5 minutes prep time including setting up the cooker.

Also works with chicken thighs (165 f).
