providing better services to a logged in account is one way we're trying to get people accepting analytics cookies as well. Although to be honest sites where people wouldn't start an account in the first place aren't going to have much luck coming up with new reasons to have one, I don't think.

It's Y2K all over again.

I heard of a company offering to implement a cookie policy for a company over their 11 sites and it was only going to cost £5600 to do.

Implied consent and your good, it's going to take forever for them to enforce anything and I think they intend to educate rather than punish.
