Watermarking images online

I got a friend whos working for a charity where they want to lauch a campaing where you can by a ribbon for your social media profile pics. It should be a small payment of $4-5 and you should be able to watermark the image and reuse it on social media. They do it raise awareness of a nasty dissease and feel a lot of people would pay to support the cause and show that they do.

Anybody know of any online services that offer this? Any turnkey solutions integrated with some of the common payment gateways?

Anything would be highly appreciated and if you can offer to develop it, they would surely give you a bunch of credit.

Yeah, that's exactly what I'm looking for, however I need someone to build it as a turnkey solution.

RT, could you do it and integrate with a payment provider (paypal fx)?
