Long and short was that JaguarPC had this place hosted at two locations and had DNS pointing to two places -- and they did it twice as they updated two older servers.  After about 20 correspondence with tech support it looks to be straitened out.

They did similar to my sites as well recently. Despite the collateral damage I'm glad to see the place back up and running properly again. Thanks for the work LM!
