What is the tech term for 'product suggestion wizard'; '20 questions' software?

I'm actually searching for a WP plugin, possibly, but I don't even know the right keywords to search correctly...

I want you to come to my site and then start answering questions, some of which will be determined by your prior answers, similar to the game '20 questions'.  In fact a search for '20 questions' actually produced better results than 'product wizard'.

Example: I have a car parts site...

Q1: How can we help you?
A1: I need to buy car parts
A1-alt: I need to return car parts

...if they answer Q1 with A1, then I follow up with the next logical question...

Q2: What kind of car do you have?
A2: I have a Ford
A2-alt: I own something else

...if they answer Q2 with A2, then I follow up with the next logical question...

Q3: What year Ford do you have?
A3: I have a 2010 Ford
A3-alt: I own another model year

...if they answer Q3 with A3, then I follow up with the next logical question... etc. until I figure out what they need...
