Thats kinda pricey for residential demolition. I guess they had to factor in the, uuhhh, overhead (wink wink) for doing business in D.

Thanks for sharing.  I can't wrap my head around wanting to stay in a place like Detroit.

There are so much amazing architecture and history in Detroit.  It makes me sad it is in such a bad state.  It so much of American history.

Baltimore was our next Detroit.  I thought it would be Newark.
