This is more of a rant than anything, but Barclay's!!! why can't I download my transactions from more than 2 months back!
Seriously it's a joke!
Natwest lets me download transaction from 6 years ago so why can't you.

I know it's a one off as I'm only to catching up with my books, but honestly, it doesn't leave a good impression when I can't access my own data!

If I could get away with not use them I would but we're in a society where it's integral.

grrrrrrrrrrrr.... I feel a bit better now.

Oh and this gets better.....

I now need to pay them £5 to get them to send me bank statements.
Even if I changed over to online bank statements it will only be for future statements that I can view.....

They said they sent me one but I'm f###ed if I can find it!!!

even bigger GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR

I'm looking else where, stupid w###ers.. sorry bankers!

I just switched to Wankwest, but I know they work. I did not even tell, them, I got a phonecall from the manager, but fuck em, they are shit, it's a few numbers.

Don't go with HSBC though.

Glad it's not just me!
I'm amazed, gob smacked, and feel like I've just been thrown over a barrel while the people at Barclays takes it in turn.

I am lost for words.... really I am.....

I would go with WankWest, it's who I bank with personally, but I've been told in a round about way to f### off if I think I'm going to have another business account with them again! What! I was young... it's their fault for lending me that much money anyway  ::)

Ha!  Yes, I have exactly the same problem.  I feel your pain!

It is little money grabbing things like that which will make customers f*** right off to another bank if they ever get 'big'

Have you noticed the way they carefully order your transactions to ensure you have the highest chance of going overdrawn and have to pay fees?

I've had time to cool down now, plus I managed to hash something together from my recycle bin so it's not as bad as it was.
But I still can't believe I can't gain access to my data. Apparently it's being reviewed but I'm not holding my breath.

What's this about transactions?

I'm still on the free banking period but 100% looking at changing banks now.
