You guys are good.

I assume a "workout" is a personal thing, and that putting in:
"Lifting a pint of beer several times"  is only kidding yourself?

If so, I might be in.  I never do gym stuff, but if I can count: Squash, cycling, swimming or running then I would like to go for 5... Just my better half has put my name down for a couple of Triathlons this year,, and I need help to get up to being able to complete.

Dismal....

I'd be curious to hear more about what you all are doing by the way. I don't know if people just don't have the time or feel like it clutters up the thread, but I like hearing about people's successes and challenges. It gives me a little extra motivation than just everyone putting up numbers every week.

My week: too damn lazy to get out in the rain, so did nothing except shovel the driveway and then finally on Sunday go for a run... during a rainstorm... in up to about 8 inches of wet soggy snow. It was surprisingly enjoyable - the getting out the door was the hard part. Once out, it wasn't that unpleasant.

I'm playing vball 3 nights a week, usually have a double header one of those nights.

I'm trying to get into the gym 4-5 times too, but working in a new co-work location out of the house, I'm having trouble getting to the gym early enough to get to work early.

I'm going to try to get into the gym at 7:30am tomorrow.

I'm actually visiting a gym with all the muscley types. I lift or push heavy things. However I'm not in it to become a knot of muscles. I'm just trying to maintain a certain level of fitness. My routine is pretty boring and hasn't changed for a few years...mainly bench press, squats, chin-ups and leg press.

Cool! You guys just motivated me to go out into the yard and lift my natural Atlas stones for 15 mins

Well, the snow (all 5" of it) closed the gyms for workouts and volleyball, so I got 2 sessions in before the city shut down.

If I felt ok calling kiddie pool snow skiing behind a 4wheeler a workout, I'd have 4, but I don't.
