>Redneck Olympics?

Yep, that's what I was going to call it if we could have raced the johnboat down the street.

Rupert  - excellent. We need some fresh blood!

I'm 5/4 for Feb 10-16. I've lost track of weeks.

This week is not going to be a good one for exercise. I'm shooting for 2/4

Rupert

ergophobe thanks.  Another difficult one for me too.  Managed a Run today,  first of the week. Might get a good swim tomorrow, but squash is cancelled, so perhaps a cycle later on is all I will manage if I am lucky.  Still, that's why I joined.  The target is difficult!

I'm not going to count it as part of my 4/4, but I'm working in a 12 story building and I've started to take a break and climb it a couple of times a day -- I generally hate cardio, but exploring this old building is sort of fun and it has an amazing view of SF at the top.

Sounds cool lm! Since I've started working from downtown, I get a lot more walking in daily. Makes a difference, surprisingly.

7/5 this week.

3 x vball matches (1-2)

4 x gym

bill

Week 8: 2/3
a busy week...too much work not enough gym time

3/4 - more than I expected for this week and definitely would not have done anything today if not for the Commit!

QuoteRupert, 2 is better than 0.

I know, just that sunday, there I was having a pint trying to persuade a couple of mates to join me doing a triathlon.  I can talk the talk, but can I walk the walk?   ::) :P

Rupert - I think the reason this group has had such sticking power is because it's a little nudge in the right direction. So question 1 is "how many times this week?" but question 2 is "how many times would it have been this week if I didn't have to report in?"

For me, I would not have gone running in the cold and snow on Sunday for #3 this week, but once out there it felt great.

+1 for last week. I went dirt bike riding all day Saturday (and yesterday) at an off road park.

8/5

man, I'm beat.

Rupert

6/5...  dad went into hospital Thursday, so I went out for a run 3 mornings. Otherwise Swim/Squash/cycle. A good week.
