I still cannot find an app that does OWA/Office365 calendars w/o the need to enable PIN access. Maildroid comes close, but it's not quite there. Sigh..........

And I mainly use my mobile to read in bed so I'd add Moonreader+

Next on my list is to check if it's gonna rain nearby, and when exactly, which is why I use Buienalarm a lot. Benelux only - sorry

Check deposit app for my bank b/c said bank is a 1-hr drive away, but I find the app sort of a pain to use, so if there were a bank nearby, I'd go use the automatic teller instead.

Honestly, for me it's mostly a contact list and a way to deposit checks to my bank.

Firefox with the Phony plugin so that I can access websites or use services (amazon prime video stream) that don't like android devices.  Phony is a little buggy sometimes about switching UAs but I haven't found anything better.

Browser: Dolphin (Dolphin plugin for Windows Firefox enables bookmark sync between Android and Windows)
Server admin/remote access: ConnectBot, Hacker's Keyboard, VNC Viewer
Mounting Windows network shares: CifsManager (mount under /data/media/0)
Mail/calendar/tasks: MailDroid, Digical, CalDAV-Sync, CardDAV-Sync, Tasks (Connects to SOGo private cloud software on Linux box, and I'm using Thunderbird/Lightning on Windows)
Misc: Kindle, BBC iPlayer/iPlayer Radio, Easy Voice Recorder Pro, MX Player Pro, Poweramp, Torque

I got used to the Outlook/Windows Mobile integration on my old HTC Trinity, and moving to Thunderbird and Android without losing functionality or sharing my life with Google has taken some effort.

Brad thats a lot of book readers.  Why?

Barnes and Noble, owners of Nook, bought out my favorite eBook seller Fictionwise from whom I had been buying ebooks from since Palm Pilot days.  When they finally closed down Fictionwise, they were good enough to let me transfer my Fictionwise library to Nook so I have several hundred books in my Nook reader library.  Once in awhile Nook will have a book I want that is not available on Kindle.

Moonreader+ let's me get free public domain books from Gutenberg archive.

Kindle, where I buy most new ebooks today.
