Outsourced Video Creation - Recommendations?

Need to outsource video creation, mostly software overviews, that kind of crap.

we do them but we do swish high value stuff, so probably not what you're wanting for software demos.

If its the type of stuff you can screen record or ppt, would something like BrainShark work? (http://presentation.brainshark.com/)  Initially I scoffed when a client paid for this but actually its quite an easy way to churn out decent stuff.
