Awesome Dras.

Me, I haven't had a drop of sweat or a dumbbell in my hand for 5 weeks. Simply cant find the time.. I keep telling myself.

I promised my wife I would do 50 pullups and 100 pushups yesterday... so spent the evening making good on that promise (also went for a 2-hour mountain bike ride with her in the morning, but wanted something for the upper body).

Yeah, you are right.  I fixed mine and Raz's entries above.

Oops, I meant to say I had a bite. That must have been a residual effect of the pepper.

5/5, all gym.

after today, 46/46 this session... home stretch baby!

Where ya at Raz?

Rumbas

Unfortuntely I've been grounded due to a some nasty lower back issues and haven't been able to do much lately rather than standing up or laying down. Seeing a chiropractor a couple of times a week and doing some light training at home. Getting 40 is taking it's toll.. I'll be back tho!

Drastic

Sorry to hear man. Look up "applied kinesiology" which is a branch of chiro. The only thing that fixed my back (hurt doing squats) without surgery.

If you have one nearby, worth looking into. They can also fix joints, fixed my elbow once, and helped a buddy with tmj as well. (lockjaw)

Rupert

Drastic Awesome run, well done.

Rumbas... not good, my sympathy.

last week.. 4/5
not what I planned, but had a sunny day on the coast :)
