Gotta love this, three directors play the shares game using pre-knowledge of the sale of the company they are directors of.

They get found out.

They 'step down'.

One of them is quoted as saying :

"I am clearly disappointed and sorry that events turned out as they did"

Ye, disappointed you got caught and sorry that you have to publicly apologise.

Yet the company keeps him on a retainer!

The article doesn't even mention if they had to pay back the money they illegally earnt!!

I remember  when Inktomi's CEO 'lent' himself something like 10 million dollars as his company's stock was crashing.  It is nice to be on top, even if you are on the top pf a steaming pile of shit.
