We have roughly 6 times the retail space we need.  This might hold up as a savvy marketing strategy in Manhattan but it won't cut it in Raleigh.

True, but it may help fill some vacancy if it comes to pass.

There is something to this though. Products like Android are heading to the lowest common denominator. Hard to keep making a profit that way.  Better to stay up in the Apple, BMW, Mercedes air to avoid Walmart downward spiral.
