Google AdWords to break up tablet & desktop bids

I just noticed that Google is again allowing bid adjustment for tablets separate from desktop.  This is a big deal; coupling tablets with lap/desktops was really a major inefficiency. Conversion rates for tablets sit at about half-way between computers and mobile in my experience.
