Here in the states, they're part of what's called chitterlings  (Southern pronunciation: chit* lins). Intestines are also included.  I've never eaten them even though my mega-farm-raised dad loved them and we'd occasionally have them.  OTOH, I like pigtails in collards.

The commercial meat packers try to be a little marketing savvy and call the above "Boneless Pork Rectums (inverted)" --still not particularly appetizing.
