Two things.

1.  Close up, it looks like a rather large, white, sphincter.  

2.  I just recently learned what an x-rated "glory hole" is.  When I told my friend that, while "I wasn't surprised to learn something like that existed, but certainly not around here," he took me to the porn shop in the nearby town to show me one.  (So classy it was, the toilet paper roll hanging right next to it.)  The word "YUK" doesn't even come close.
