Not really counting these days, but I think I'm on five consecutive days of doing something...

- climbing on friday
- hike on Saturday
- mt bike ride on Sunday followed by an afternoon of cutting, splitting and stacking wood
- wait... Monday was a rest day
- yesterday was a "burn" day - about 6 hours of hauling brush and throwing it on a fire, followed by a short steep run

All in all, a good last few days. If I could keep that up I'd either be very fit or somewhat broken.

How about joining us for May?

I'm staying out of this one for now.. Wilmington was tough and I haven't done sh## since neither stepped on the scale. May is the month to get back on the horse though.

I'm right there with you man. I don't even want to get on the scale.

I must get back to it...challenge?

Ha ha! Yeah, I've been doing pretty well on the exercise, but very well on the ice cream - lots of both. And I too hesitate to get on the bodyfat scale...

I'm in.
Dough Boy weighing in at 221 this morning. I've always wanted to go below 200, but... meh, lazy.

Rumbas

Just got my Home trainer add-on for my Me-mover. Should be able to get some sweat on, just need to get off my @ss:

176, but traveling with a grandkid all weekend, so it's going to be bad.

>meh, lazy

What part of "Meat. Just eat meat!" don't you understand?   It's easy/lazy. Manly, too. Lose 1/2 pound a day.

Rumbas

You got it Bubba.

>meat
Aight, I'll be stuffing my face with steaks and greens.

rcjordan

>stuffing

Easy on the greens. Maybe switch that to olives and/or dill pickles.  Two weeks. That's all.

>steaks

I've had 4 big rib-eyes this week. Some corned beef. Sausage. Chicken once.  Meat!  ...And I'm back down to pre-Corecon weight.

I go into the butcher and buy whole rib-eye loins. Costs $200-ish.  Grill is out back. Lose weight!!

littleman

I crossed back below Wilmington weight today.

>rib-eyes

I'm a bit envious.

rcjordan

I'm spending approx $9/lb when I buy the whole loin and have them cut it into steaks. So I get a 1lb ribeye for what people pay for a 5 Guys burger & fries

littleman

The bulk of meat I eat is chicken ($0.77 - $1.57/lb).  I love steak, but probably eat it on average once a month.
