What about Kansas City?  I mean, if this is just for business purposes anyway, KC has a very clean International airport and plenty of conference spaces...

Yes, but our business meetings are held in bars, restaurants, and fun places.

Kansas City has barbecue joints... but Iceland sounds much more interesting. hehe
